Nettle

Product Overview

If one plant had a universally acknowledged power it would be Nettle with its nasty sting. The Romans even used this irritation to their advantage by flailing their cold skin with Nettles to warm up in cold climates. This process, which is now called Urtication, is still used by present day gout sufferers, who argue it gives some relief to the intense pain. Nettle is also a diuretic and also may offer some relief to Hay Fever Sufferers.
